I wear a 12D in normal mens street shoes and the size 12 of these water shoes fits perfect for me. Whenever I try to buy inexpensive sports shoes at WalMart or a Dollar Store, they are often smaller than they should be so that I must buy a size 13, which are often very hard to find in cheap shoes. I've always hated having to wear shoes, and I like these water shoes when I'm doing yard work because they are close to being barefoot but still provide some protection from walking on thorns, gravel, and the such.Just as with other water shoes I have bought in the past, the insole is not glued, so that you can remove it for quicker drying after use. I'm not sure why others have complained about this. I'm retired, enjoy being outside, and wear these type shoes almost daily for much of the year, so I wear them out and buy a new pair each spring. These type water shoes always have removable insoles so that they will dry more quickly after getting them wet, so the complaints of others about this I thought was strange.I like these shoes a lot after wearing them for 2 days, but you may be disappointed with these shoes if you normally buy sneakers like the Nike Air Yeezy 2 for $6,000+ The sizing on these seems to be way off. I ordered a men's 7 and they are way too big for my son who wears a men's size 7.5. We snugged up the adjustable strap but that left him with about an inch worth of sole behind his heel that flapped around. I'd guess these are closer to a men's size 8.5. Unfortunately he needed them for camp and didn't get to use them. He can probably use them in the future but for now they'll sit in his closet. Other than the sizing, they seem decent for the price.I bought these water shoes for my boyfriend to use on our cruise. I actually ended up using them more than he did! Worked fine in the water. They took much longer to dry out than other pool shoes, but that was my only complaint. My feet turned into prunes after using them in the water and walking around with them on land. In addition, the soles shifted like other reviews said. But that didn't change much. Decent adjustable water shoes. Would recommend.Nice looking shoes however quality is poor and you have to order 1 size below your normal foot size. My toe bored hole in the top part of the mesh and I also had to glue the soles of the shoes. I tries other brands and types and if you are going to order them order them with super glue and travel around with the super glue as well. Bottom of the shoe mashes up easy at these price ranges.It is a very stylish shoe and fits well.I really like these water shoes. I am hard to fit, wide feet, shoes are comfortable with draw sting in the back. Although a little large adjustment with the draw string prevent them form coming off in the pool. Will buy them again if they are available when I need another pair.Very good quality, bright color, fit well. The only thing is that they get pretty heavy easily due to lots of sand inside, I really dot know if this is normal in all beach shoes, but it got uncomfortable. I needed to take them off, wash them / rinse them, then put them back again.i like it , but insert slips
