After opening the pool and finding a cut on the bottom, then realizing I had missed the return window and then after talking to a customer service representative we were able to receive a replacement. Not only did they replace the pool without even asking for a replacement they had the package overnighted. I had received the replacement the next day after confirming with them.Happy to say this is a company that went out of their way to make sure their customer was happy.The pool is nice, big enough for our 1 year old 105lb black lab to lay in to cool off. It is made of sturdy material to hold the sides up while filling.Overall happy with product and happy with customer service.During that really hot stretch of Summer '22, I filled it full of water, ice and beer, put my camping chair smack dab in the middle, and had a cool refreshing afternoon playing Destiny 2 outside. It is built strong and easy to set up and drain. The material is stronger then your standard backyard kid pool. The walls stay up without difficulty and the bottom isn’t slippery. My kids haven’t fallen or hurt themselves at all with this pool. Other standard kid pools have super slippery floors but this pool has a textured base that helps with grip.Highly recommend buying this pool or young kids or pets!!!!This is the second pool I have purchased this summer for the dogs and this one is by far the best yet!! It's built better and feels more sturdy, easy to clean, set up and take down!!Actually bought this for me & my lounge chair... Love it ?
